Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Hamilton Auto and Diesel LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use hamiltonautodiesel.com (the “site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain because our data practices are simple: we are a local auto repair shop, not an advertising company.

What we collect
- When you book an appointment through the scheduler on our site, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and the appointment details you enter.
- When you call or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
- Automatically when you visit, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking pixels, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and prepare for your appointment.
- To answer your questions and provide service.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the site.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our scheduling, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Cal.com powers our online appointment scheduler. Booking details you enter are processed by Cal.com on our behalf. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- Google Maps displays the embedded map of our location. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. See the Google privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map and the Cal.com scheduler may set their own cookies when you interact with them; those are governed by the Google and Cal.com policies linked above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and customer information for as long as needed to provide service and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs, then delete or anonymize it. We keep general inquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or national privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you are. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable measures to protect the limited information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
